I used to joke that snowboarding was my first and only love, but then photography found its way to my life and I got started by simply documenting my ski trips to far away locations.

Slowly but steadily, friends of friends started asking me to tag along to film their passion in action, but it wasn’t until I was approached by my first board brand that I realized I had a business.

Now, I’m running my own sports photography company and frequently get to travel to those rugged corners of the world that I love.

Recording video on the move is a challenge for any filmmaker. Recording on boards, bikes, and more is my specialty.

3

Video EDITING

In the world of extreme sports, getting the right shot is a challenge. I have been using drones to capture the dramatic edge of this world for 7 years.

Drone Filming

I am a leading editor for videos shot on film or on digital to bring the moment to life, while color grading for realism.

George Eleter's life in Sydney is a harmonious blend of contrasts. By day, he navigates the complexities of his professional career, a field far removed from the adrenaline of extreme sports. Yet, his true essence comes alive outside the confines of office walls, in the vast, open landscapes where extreme sports and nature collide. It's in these moments, camera in hand, that George truly feels at home.

Living in Sydney offers George a unique advantage. The city's vibrant surf culture and proximity to diverse landscapes mean that adventure is never far away. Even with a demanding career, he finds time to chase the early morning waves at Bondi Beach or catch skateboarders lighting up the local parks with their tricks. Weekends and holidays are reserved for longer expeditions — trips to the Snowy Mountains for snowboarding, ventures to the rugged coastlines for surfing, or journeys to the heart of Australia for BMX and skateboarding events.

George's passion for extreme sports photography is more than just a hobby; it's a vital part of who he is. Through his lens, he captures the raw energy and freedom of athletes pushing the limits, their moments of triumph suspended in time. His work reflects a deep understanding of movement and emotion, a talent that has slowly garnered attention from both the sports and art communities.

Despite the demands of his career, George remains dedicated to his craft. Late nights are often spent in his home studio, meticulously editing his photos to bring out their inherent beauty and power. His photographs, a vivid portrayal of human endurance and the beauty of nature, have started to make waves in online forums and local galleries, earning him a growing following.

Yet, George's heart belongs to the adventures he shares with his family. Anna, Max, and Lily are his greatest supporters, often accompanying him on his photographic expeditions. Through George's eyes, they see the world in a different light, one filled with beauty, excitement, and endless possibilities. These experiences have brought the family closer, forging bonds strengthened by shared adventures and the stories captured in George's photographs.

Despite the allure of becoming a full-time photographer, George appreciates the balance his life in Sydney offers. His professional career provides stability and challenges him in ways different from his creative pursuits. Meanwhile, his passion for photography and extreme sports keeps his spirit alive and inspires his family to embrace life with open arms.

In the heart of Sydney, amidst the hustle of daily life, George Eleter has carved out a world where passion, family, and career coexist. His story is a testament to the fact that one doesn't have to choose between a profession and a passion. With dedication, balance, and love, it's possible to weave them together into a life that's rich, fulfilling, and utterly unique.
